Starting pay is $19.84/hr while training Monday-Friday; then $23.83/hr within ~6 months
Off-Shift Positions are eligible for an additional $1.50/hr Shift Premium
Currently hiring for 6a - 6p Saturday - Monday and 6p-6a Friday - Sunday.

What you’ll do
- Set up and operate cutting equipment, roller straighteners, and furnaces, including adjusting parameters and maintaining proper conditions for materials
- Interpret work instructions, blueprints, and production orders to accurately configure equipment and prioritize jobs
- Perform quality checks through visual inspection and precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure tolerance compliance.
- Understand material properties and how alloys respond to different processes and conditions
- Follow procedures for traceability, process control, safety, and housekeeping, taking corrective action when needed
- Complete finishing tasks such as packaging products and supporting additional duties as assigned
What we’re looking for
- 1 year of manufacturing or machine operator experience, preferred
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Possess intermediate math, reading, and writing skills
- Mechanical aptitude, preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand dexterity
- Understand and apply safe work practices
Work Environment
- Fast-paced production environment.
- May work with and around hazardous chemicals.
- Exposure to fluctuating temperatures may occur.
- Average weights in production range from 10-25 lbs. Maximum weights may exceed 75-80 lbs. on occasion.
- May be required to perform work above shoulder height.
- Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting.
- Must be able to access all areas of operation.
- Standing/walking most of shift.
- Visual acuity.
