Project Manager - Aladdin Migration

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the Aladdin Migration initiatives within the Risk function. This role will be pivotal in ensuring end-to-end coordination across various workstreams, including Technology, Risk, and BlackRock teams. The individual will manage complex projects, track milestones, mitigate risks, and provide executive-level visibility on the overall program progress. The candidate will be required to support East Coast working hours to ensure effective collaboration with global stakeholders and partner teams.

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the Aladdin Migration initiatives within the Risk function.
• This role will be pivotal in ensuring end-to-end coordination across various workstreams, including Technology, Risk, and BlackRock teams.
• The individual will manage complex projects, track milestones, mitigate risks, and provide executive-level visibility on the overall program progress.
• The candidate will be required to support East Coast working hours to ensure effective collaboration with global stakeholders and partner teams.
• Understand the client s business and functional domain to help deliver to their expectations
• Proven experience in Program Management, managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to Capital Markets, Risk Management, or related financial domains.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and manage overlapping priorities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Prior experience with Aladdin or similar investment management platforms is an advantage.
