Essential Job Functions
- Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal belongings
- Escort guests to guest rooms and explain hotel amenities and services
- Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- Assist with valet, taxi, and transportation requests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell stand, and luggage storage areas
- Deliver guest requests and amenities to rooms in a timely manner
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Follow all hotel safety, security, and guest privacy procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of the local area preferred
