SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Job Title:
Senior Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) Enginee
Senior CSA Engineer to provide senior-level technical leadership and project execution oversight for complex industrial and infrastructure projects. This is a highly visible, client-facing position responsible for coordinating and interfacing with Clients, Global Integrated Delivery (GID), and Home Office (HO) teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and commercially successful project delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Provide senior technical leadership across CSA scope
- Ensure engineering deliverables meet client, and regulatory standards
- Incorporate relevant information into equipment and material specifications, data sheets, testing requirements, and material requisitions
- Lead and support:
- Technical bid clarifications and evaluations
- Vendor data reviews
- Certification activities
- Review and authorize work completed by engineers, designers, and specialists
- Contribute to cost estimating and proposal development
- Support project execution strategies
- Serve as primary CSA interface with Clients, GID, and HO teams
- Lead technical coordination efforts and facilitate issue resolution
- Represent Worley in discussions on complex technical matters
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members as appropriate
- Participate in constructability, operability, and maintainability reviews
- Ensure review outcomes are incorporated into engineering and design
- Collaborate with site personnel to resolve execution issues
- Develop plans and documentation supporting:
- Construction
- Testing
- Commissioning
- Operations
- Maintenance
- Handover
- Provide on-site support during construction and commissioning as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Navigate internal systems and document management platforms effectively
- Functional awareness of CSA discipline tools and cross-discipline, data-centric engineering environments
- Experience with Microsoft Access or Visio is a plus

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) licensure where required by law
- 10 years of relevant CSA experience, including 3 years in technical or project leadership
- Strong knowledge of codes, regulations, manufacturing standards, and industry best practices
- Demonstrated experience establishing discipline work processes, leading teams, delivering complex engineering packages, and supporting project closeout
- Experience with project estimating and technical proposal development
- Formal training in leadership and project execution
Desirable
- Training or experience in risk management and/or quality management
- Exposure to procurement, construction execution, and field engineering activities
- Strong budgeting and cost control capability
