- Dishwashing and Cleaning and Sanitizing kitchen area and equipment
- Operating and Maintaining equipment used for dishwashing and prep
- Assist with the cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and prep areas as needed, including wiping down counters and emptying trash.
- Perform additional duties such as helping with food prep or unloading deliveries when required.
- Help organize the dishwashing area and keep it stocked with necessary supplies such as detergents, sponges, and gloves.
