Under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager, provides exceptional customer service, quality and well-presented food on the Coyote Creek at Fort Lupton Golf Course grounds.

## Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares all foods for Coyote Creek Golf Course using established recipes
• Has thorough knowledge of menu contents, daily specials, and basic preparation of each
• Operates ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, fryers, etc.
• Maintains portion control for all foods served
• Controls spoilage and waste
• Responsible for the quality control and presentation of all foods served
• Keeps equipment, kitchen, food prep areas, counters, stoves, ovens, coolers, and freezers clean and sanitary at all times
• Properly rotates all foods in stock, coolers, and freezers
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
• Washes dishes
• Cleans up tables and bar counter; vacuums the dining room area and sweeps/mops the kitchen
• Assists to ensure that all deliveries are properly received, stocked and rotated
• Assists in food inventory control, in ordering food and supplies for the kitchen operation, and in receiving and stocking food and supplies
• Reports hazards and maintenance needs for the kitchen to the appropriate personnel
• Performs other duties as assigned
  
  

## Qualifications and Requirements

Education And/Or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of previous food service experience including prior experience in food preparation preferred
  
  

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Must possess a valid Colorado driver's license.
  
  

Language Skills

Must be able to express ideas clearly and concisely. Must be able to communicate problems with supervisor.

Supervisory Responsibility

• No supervisory responsibility.

• Contacts with the public or employees within the organization in the interest of cooperative work accomplishment

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, climb or balance, and stoop and kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work is performed on your feet throughout most or all of each shift.
