Office Manager / Receptionist

Location: Franklin, TN

Fort, Holloway & Saylor, LLC is seeking an energetic, organized, and cheerful Office Manager/Receptionist to join our growing family law practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in keeping the firm running smoothly day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet clients and visitors, maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment
  • Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and scanning
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording payments and expenses
  • Order and manage office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate maintenance and office service requests
  • Support attorneys and staff with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Monitor and improve office processes to enhance efficiency and organization
  • Assist with time entry tracking and billing coordination
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and confidentiality standards
