Office Manager / Receptionist
Location: Franklin, TN
Fort, Holloway & Saylor, LLC is seeking an energetic, organized, and cheerful Office Manager/Receptionist to join our growing family law practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in keeping the firm running smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet clients and visitors, maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment
- Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and scanning
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording payments and expenses
- Order and manage office supplies and vendor relationships
- Coordinate maintenance and office service requests
- Support attorneys and staff with administrative and clerical tasks
- Monitor and improve office processes to enhance efficiency and organization
- Assist with time entry tracking and billing coordination
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and confidentiality standards
