Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Provide general support to visitors and staff
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Additional Skills (preferred): Experience working in a tax preparation office seasonally
We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. This is a seasonal full-time position with regular business hours. Seasonal dates January 15 through April 15.
