Position: Golf Pro Shop Assistant Manager
Fort Hays Municipal Golf Course is looking for a dedicated Golf Pro Shop Manager to lead our pro shop team and enhance the experience of our members and guests.
Job description
Work Schedule: Seasonal (March-October); Approximately 15-30 hours/week
Description: Schedule tee times, check in guests, sell concessions/merchandise, assist with tournament set up and tear down, maintain pro shop cleanliness, handle cash transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in a golf or sporting goods environment.
- Strong knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems
- Passion for the game of golf and providing outstanding customer experiences.
