Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist and resolve issues related to applicant and employee changes and requests
- Assist with service records requests for new hires and exiting employees
- Field phone calls and emails from applicants and employees and respond in a timely fashion
- Assist with assigned projects and tasks while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Assist and verify that new hires and employee changes are processed in a timely fashion
- Assist and troubleshoot systems and employee issues before escalating to next level
- Responsible for greeting employees and applicants while providing excellent customer service that creates a positive experience with every encounter
- Maintain utmost level of professional confidentiality
- Assist with Onboarding process for new employees
