Duties

  • Developing strong connections with referraI sources such as hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facitities, and community organizations.
  • Creating strategies to increase hospice referrals and enhance brand awareness.
  • Employing digitat marketing and CRM systems to track performance and identity areas for improvement, manage social media marketing efforts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage audiences and share compelling stories of patient care.
  • Optimize online presence through SEO strategies, content marketing, and website management using WordPress, HTML, and Google Analytics to boost visibility.
  • Ensuring seamtess transitions for patients and their famities by cottaborating with the admissions team and other heatthcare professionals.
  • Addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing intormation to famities and referral sources.
  • Keeping up-to-date on hospice regulations, industry best practices, and competitor activity.
  • Participating in community events, heatth fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the hospice and its services.
  • Providing information about hospice care, its benefits, and how it can improve the quatity of life for patients and famities.
  • Conduct initial meetings with patients and famities to exptain hospice services and philosophy and obtain consents for care.
  • Communicate sensitively and empathetically with patients and their families, addressing their questions and concerns about end‑of‑life care.
  • Design and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing digital platforms, print advertising, and community outreach to increase hospice awareness.
  • Develop targeted advertising sales initiatives including Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising to attract referral sources and partner organizations.
  • Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with service offerings, ensuring messaging consistency across all channels.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and community needs to inform strategic planning.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports on marketing ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize outreach effectiveness.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and multichannel marketing with a strong understanding of performance marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and copywriting skills for compelling messaging.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing platforms to streamline campaigns.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing principles to foster relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.
  • Ability to manage advertising sales initiatives effectively while maintaining a focus on budget management.
  • Strong research skills combined with excellent communication abilities for engaging storytelling and content development.
  • Experience with print advertising campaigns and familiarity with HTML or WordPress for website updates is preferred. Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
