- Maintains all files.
- Uses word processing and typing skills.
- Answers telephone and accurately records telephone messages.
- Ability to deal with the public in person and by telephone.
- High School diploma or GED.
- One year job related work experience.
- Computer and typing skills (minimum 35 wpm).
- Verbal and written skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish-speak & read) preferred.
