What You’ll Do
- Support the implementation and ongoing administration of FSL marketing programs, products, and client accounts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to move projects, approvals, and deliverables forward.
- Track implementation activities, timelines, requirements, and follow-up items to keep work on schedule.
- Review and help coordinate marketing materials, proposals, product information, and related business documents for quality and accuracy.
- Prepare meeting materials, project notes, and status updates for new and existing initiatives.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and reporting that support internal processes and client needs.
- Respond to internal and external requests with professionalism, urgency, and strong customer service.
- Assist with research, analysis, and process improvement efforts that strengthen program execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, insurance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience in marketing support, account support, project coordination, insurance operations, or a similar business environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in insurance, employee benefits, life, health, or financial services.
- Exposure to product implementation, account management, or cross-functional project support.
- Confidence working with internal subject matter experts, external partners, and clients.
