About the RoleWe are seeking a polished, service-oriented Temporary Office Associate to support a prestigious law firm through the end of the year. This role is heavily hospitality-focused, with additional administrative and reception responsibilities. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to create a welcoming, professional environment for clients and employees.If you enjoy a blend of guest services and office support—and can jump in quickly—this is a great opportunity to shine in a high-end corporate setting.Key ResponsibilitiesHospitality & Guest ServicesGreet visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalismEnsure reception, conference rooms, and common areas remain clean, tidy, and guest-readyAssist with meeting setups, including beverages, catering coordination, and room readinessMaintain a polished, hospitality-focused presence for all client-facing interactionsReception & CommunicationsAnswer and route incoming calls in a professional mannerRespond to general inquiries via phone or emailDirect visitors to appropriate departments or individualsManage visitor logs and maintain a welcoming reception areaAdministrative SupportAssist with scheduling conference rooms, appointments, and meetingsHelp prepare, organize, and maintain files and documents (physical and digital)Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packagesSupport office staff with tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filingSet up Zoom meetings and ensure necessary equipment is readyOffice OperationsMaintain inventory of office and hospitality supplies; restock as neededEnsure office spaces remain organized and functioning smoothlyCoordinate basic office equipment troubleshooting and repairsAssist with onboarding tasks, billing support, or invoice processing as neededCustomer ServiceProvide professional, friendly assistance to employees, visitors, and clientsTroubleshoot basic issues and direct inquiries to appropriate departmentsHelp foster a welcoming, high-touch client service environmentSkills & QualificationsHigh school diploma required; additional administrative coursework a plusPrior administrative, hospitality, or receptionist experience preferred—law firm experience is a bonusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitaskCustomer-service focused with a polished, professional demeanorAbility to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environmentAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Company DescriptionForrest Solutions has been a privately owned company for 49 years.
