Client Relations Supervisor
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented leader to oversee Office Services and Hospitality operations while supervising a team of 4–5 associates. This role combines hands-on office management with team leadership, ensuring seamless daily operations, client satisfaction, and a polished work environment.
Pay: $35-$36
Key Responsibilities:
Office Services & Operations
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including copy/print jobs, quality control, and project tracking.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate service requests for office equipment.
- Maintain office supplies, shipping materials, and coordinate deliveries with internal teams.
- Ensure all spaces remain clean, organized, and client-ready, providing exceptional service to visitors, clients, and employees.
Hoteling & Conference Room Management
- Oversee daily hoteling lists and prepare shared offices for use.
- Manage conference room scheduling, AV setup, catering, and special requests.
- Conduct floor walks to maintain optimal conditions and assist guests as needed.
Pantry, Catering & Hospitality Services
- Maintain White Glove standards in pantry and community spaces.
- Coordinate daily food deliveries, kitchen upkeep, and coffee stations.
- Plan, execute, and support office events, lunches, and catering, including setup, breakdown, and inventory management.
Reporting & Administration
- Compile and share operational reports with leadership.
- Support client meetings, presentations, and data tracking.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in professional services, office services, or hospitality.
- Strong people management and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other workplace technologies.
- Professional, client-focused demeanor with attention to detail.
