Forrest Solutions is seeking a polished, personable Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our client’s Operations Center. You’ll greet visitors, manage incoming calls and emails, process requests, and keep the office running smoothly—all while delivering exceptional service.
Position: Office Coordinator
Location: Washington, DC.
Schedule: 40 hours per week/ Mon- Fri, 10am to 7pm
Compensation: $25 per hour
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist visitors, callers, and internal clients with professionalism.
- Monitor and route inquiries, ensuring accurate information is captured.
- Manage supply requests, fulfill swag store orders, and prepare new hire setups.
- Keep the workspace stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional training.
What You Bring:
- Prior corporate office, financial firm, or law firm experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
