We are seeking a professional, service-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Miami, FL. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, polished, and efficient front-office experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Experience (Daily)
- Welcome and greet all incoming visitors and clients (30%)
- Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable
- Answer inquiries from visitors and employees
- Enter visitor lists into the building visitor system and manage meeting room visitor entries (15%)
- Direct guests to appropriate contacts
- Coordinate with the building lobby to ensure smooth entry for firm events (10%)
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, including internal hotlines
- Assist with urgent support needs (guest Wi-Fi, mother’s room codes, etc.) (5%)
- Prepare and send welcome packages, including office directions and support details (5%)
- Escort guests to meeting rooms; provide tours when needed (5%)
- Assist with coat check, luggage, arranging taxis, and similar concierge-style support (10%)
Badge & Security Support (Daily)
- Conduct daily audits of temporary badges
- Enter data into badge trackers and follow up on non-returned badges (10%)
Compliance & Training
- Follow all company and client policies, procedures, and safety guidelines (8.5%)
- Participate in training sessions as assigned (1.5% weekly)
Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality, hotel/restaurant, service industry, event planning, or similar client-facing roles
- Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, basic A/V equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to navigate interactions with clients across all organizational levels
- Works well under pressure and in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
