Accreditation Coordinator (Seasonal Position)

The Ticket Ops and Accreditation Coordinator will assist with all accreditation needs and any additional responsibilities pertaining to accreditation or ticketing operations.

This position works from September 8, 2026 through November 25, 2026.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Process and fulfil accreditation pertaining to the Paddock Club and assist with any ticketing needs as directed by the accreditation lead.
• Verify the accuracy of printed passes for correct ticket information and access control.
• Assemble lanyards and passes and prepare packaging based on the request.
• Prepare and organize tickets for various shipments.
• Utilize ticketing software to verify ticket purchases, guest information and update ticket information.
• Be the guest facing individual for on-site ticket distribution for teams, partners, VIPs and hospitality guests.
• Assist with feedback for various ticketing and accreditation reference guides, checklists, and support documents for training.
• Maintain organization by lifting boxes and packages, labelling orders and keeping detailed records.
• Gain detailed knowledge of race week operations and guest experiences to accurately provide information to guests.
  
  

Department Operations

• Work with the leadership of Ticketing Operations and Accreditation.
• Ensure and track that all accreditation requests have been processed, packaged, assembled, and delivered.
• As directed liaise with the F1 Accreditation team to ensure a seamless operation between F1 and LVGP.
• Liaise with the operations team regarding event day procedures including access control, entry points to be programmed in ticketing system, and any other operational issues that may arise.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience within the sports and entertainment industry.
• Must have experience with ticket operations, live events and inventory management.
• Must possess an understanding of accreditation creation, fulfilment and distribution.
• Excellent verbal, written and office skills.
• Seasonal position; must be able to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to work on-site during race week to lead ticket distribution and any other ticketing operation needs.
