Forms Surfaces is a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural and site products used in high-profile commercial and public projects around the world. With approximately 650 employees both local and international, our team of talented professionals and craftsmen spans numerous disciplines: design, engineering, manufacturing, sales, sustainability, and client support. We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join our Quality team to assist in improving the day-to-day manufacturing of our product lines.
What You’ll Do:
- Move between different work centers to inspect parts and assemblies in progress.
- Catch and correct issues early — before jobs leave each area.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints to confirm details and dimensions.
- Use calipers, tape measures, and other precision tools to check quality and accuracy.
- Work closely with production leads and operators to make sure every product meets Forms Surfaces standards.
- Help maintain consistency and continuous improvement across departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, or fabrication.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and follow detailed specifications.
- Skilled in using measuring tools like calipers, tape measures, and micrometers.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Self-motivated and dependable; someone who doesn’t need to be told twice.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems as they arise.
- Comfortable in an active, fast-paced production environment where every day brings something new.
