What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Specialist position at FORME Marketing?
FORME Marketing is a female-owned consulting company specializing in marketing for small to medium-sized businesses in the energy industry. Our mission is to build relationships with each client to understand their unique story and work alongside them to grow their business. We seek a Content Specialist who will work closely with account managers to assist in coordinating and executing marketing programs to support organizational objectives.
We are looking for a creative self-starter with the ability to complete self-directed work independently. As consultants, our clients require our creativity to tell their stories, and the Content Specialist will be expected to assist in this process. Our ideal candidate takes initiative, regularly proposes new and creative content ideas, and works effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing Adobe software to create marketing materials for customers, including brochures.
- Create social media posts, graphics, and content.
- Conduct background research on industry-relevant topics
- Use web-based platforms to design websites (coding not required but a great bonus)
- Transforming customer content into usable content for social media posts, videos, infographics, presentations, publications, and webinars
- Work closely with upper management to develop creative content for clients
- Report performance based on defined key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign experience
- Social media knowledge – LinkedIn specifically
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Photography and/or videography experience. Adobe Premiere Pro skills are preferred.
- Web design experience (development and coding not required)
- Graphic design experience
- SEO knowledge preferred
- Creative self-starter with the ability to complete self-directed work independently
