Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned to organizational objectives.
- Advise executives and department leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team; set goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective action processes.
- Maintain positive labor/employee relations; manage grievance procedures as applicable.
- Drive culture, engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives; analyze feedback and trends.
- Own performance review processes, goal-setting frameworks, and leadership development programs.
- Partner with leaders on coaching, performance improvement plans, and career pathing.
- Oversee training strategy including compliance training and manager enablement.
- Manage compensation structures, job leveling, and market benchmarking.
- Oversee benefits administration and vendor relationships; evaluate plan effectiveness and cost.
- Ensure pay practices and incentives support equity, retention, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employment-based immigration and work authorization matters in partnership with outside counsel, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and timely case processing.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and internal controls; manage audits as needed.
- Oversee HR-related reporting, recordkeeping, and confidentiality standards.
- Manage HRIS/payroll coordination (as applicable), HR analytics, and process improvements.
- Create HR dashboards/metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, engagement, training, DEI metrics).
- Ensure consistent onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in HR leadership/management.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience leading HR programs across talent acquisition, performance, and total rewards.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration.
- HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).
- Experience scaling HR in high-growth or multi-site environments.
- Experience with HR analytics, HRIS implementations, and change management.
