Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)Location: CaliforniaDepartment/Unit: PT - Acute Rehab - LS PetersSalary Range: $60 to $70 per hourShift: Day Shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)Duration: 13 Weeks Position Summary:Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for our Acute Rehabilitation unit in California. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient rehabilitation and be committed to helping patients regain their physical function and mobility. Key Responsibilities:Provide evaluation, assessment, and treatment of patients in an acute rehabilitation setting.Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ strength, mobility, and functional abilities.Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercises.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care and progress tracking.Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress accurately in medical records.Requirements:Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California.Required certification: Basic Life Support (BLS).Minimum of 40 hours per week commitment.Candidates must be aware that this position focuses on acute/inpatient rehab; experience in outpatient therapy is not applicable.If you are passionate about providing high-quality rehabilitation services and are looking for an opportunity to grow in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply!
