Overview
We are looking for a RevOps Analyst to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working across multiple clients, and has strong technical skills in CRM administration, GTM tools, and data analysis. You’ll work directly with client-facing project teams to deliver insights, maintain clean systems, and support the execution of revenue operations.
This is an in-person role based out of our Central Park coworking space in Denver.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration: Manage and optimize client CRMs including HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
GTM Tools: Configure and operate GTM tools such as Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Chili Piper, QuotaPath, Pandadoc, PowerBi, Zuper, and more.
Data Analysis: Create reports, dashboards, and insights to help clients track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
Process Execution: Support RevOps Managers and Project Managers with lead routing, pipeline hygiene, automation troubleshooting, and campaign tracking.
Client Delivery: Work on multiple client projects simultaneously, delivering accurate, timely RevOps execution.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related roles.
Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
Familiarity with other GTM tools (Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, etc.)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with data manipulation and analysis.
Experience building and maintaining dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
