Our delivery model is built around “Forgeworks Pods”: small, specialized RevOps teams made up of a Project Manager and RevOps Analysts led by a RevOps Director. These Pods drive strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes every week for our clients.
We are looking for a RevOps Director to lead multiple client Pods and own end-to-end RevOps strategy across systems, process, and analytics. You will act as a strategic partner to client executives while mentoring internal teams and ensuring project delivery aligns with measurable business outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategy, systems expertise, and operational excellence. You will design GTM systems, oversee implementation, and ensure every client has a clear, data-backed path to growth.
This position is based in Denver, Colorado and is fully on site Monday through Thursday. 8 am to 6 pm. Forgeworks operates a 4-day work week with Fridays off.
- Lead 3 to 6 client Pods and ensure alignment to each client’s growth and RevOps goals
- Translate business objectives into scalable RevOps strategies, workflows, and data models
- Oversee CRM architecture, automation, and integrations across HubSpot or Salesforce
- Design reporting frameworks and dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, and GTM performance
- Coach and mentor RevOps Project Managers, Analysts, and Architects
- Lead executive-level client conversations and quarterly business reviews
- Partner with leadership on internal productization, pricing, and delivery models
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality, efficiency, and team development
- Deep experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Ops
- Expert in HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple client relationships at the same time
- Deep understanding of GTM metrics, forecasting, attribution, and reporting
- Excellent documentation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level discussions
- Must be located in Denver and available to work on site Monday through Thursday, 8 to 6
- In-person collaboration four days per week in Denver
- Fridays completely off as part of our 4-day work week model

Compensation
$150,000 to $170,000 salary
