What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Advisor (Wealth Management) position at Forge Search?
We are partnering with a growing, highly respected wealth management firm in Greenville, SC that is looking to add a Tax Advisor to its team. This is a unique opportunity for a CPA who enjoys the strategic and relationship-driven side of tax to use their expertise beyond traditional tax compliance.
Working alongside wealth advisors and financial planning professionals, the Tax Advisor will serve as an in-house tax resource, helping high-net-worth clients understand how tax considerations impact their broader financial picture. Rather than focusing primarily on tax return preparation, this role is centered around proactive tax planning, identifying opportunities, modeling strategies, and translating complex tax concepts into actionable recommendations.
For a tax professional who enjoys solving problems, working directly with clients, and being proactive rather than simply looking backward at the prior tax year, this is an opportunity to build a career at the intersection of tax and wealth management.
