In this role, you'll work with clients across the Southeast. We primarily focus recruiting within the industries of accounting, finance, manufacturing & operations leadership, sales and marketing. This role will also help mentor and develop other recruiters on the team.

The Senior Recruiter is essential to the success of the business, connecting the right people with the right opportunities for their mutual success.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Proactive sourcing and identifying of candidates for the open roles
- Reviewing applications and communicating with candidates in a timely manner.
- Marketing open roles on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other tools as needed. This is accomplished through sponsored jobs budget but also through effective communication and storytelling.
- Evaluating candidates through phone and video interviews. Presenting candidates to the client / Forge leadership for evaluation of fit. Staying in close contact with candidates and frequently “closing” them on the opportunity.
- Assisting with contracts for clients and keeping all contacts & contracts up to date in ATS.
- Assisting with scheduling interviews for candidates and clients.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English or other field
- 2 years recruiting experience. In-house or agency experience is acceptable. Similar experience, such as career counseling or marketing & communications, will be considered.
- Excellent, proactive communication skills and attention to detail.
- A "never give up" attitude, committed to hard work, positivity and success.
Compensation is negotiable based upon track record of performance.
