About Forge RX
Forge RX is more than a gym—we're a complete health, wellness, recovery, and performance center. We're expanding by adding an in-house barbershop that offers members and the local community a premium grooming experience.
We're looking for an experienced, motivated barber who wants to build a loyal clientele inside a fast-growing business. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside fitness professionals, massage therapists, recovery specialists, and medical wellness providers while serving both gym members and walk-in clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality men's and women's haircuts
- Beard trims, line-ups, and straight razor shaves (if licensed)
- Hair styling and grooming consultations
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Build and retain a loyal client base
- Recommend retail grooming products when appropriate
- Manage appointments and walk-in clients
- Follow all Georgia licensing and sanitation requirements
- Represent the Forge RX brand with professionalism
Qualifications
- Current Georgia Barber License
- Strong cutting, fading, and grooming skills
- Excellent customer service
- Reliable and dependable
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Weekend availability preferred
Preferred Experience
- 2 years of barbering experience
- Experience using online booking software
- Social media marketing experience
- Existing clientele is a plus but not required
- Experience selling retail grooming products
