Forge RX is expanding and launching Forge Cutz, a modern barbershop inside one of Northeast Georgia's fastest-growing fitness and wellness facilities.

We're looking for a motivated, licensed barber who wants more than just a chair. This is an opportunity to grow your personal brand while serving a built-in community of gym members, medical patients, athletes, and local families.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience
• Build and retain a loyal clientele
• Recommend and sell retail grooming products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Participate in marketing events and community outreach
• Represent the Forge Cutz brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Barber License
• Strong haircutting and grooming skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Reliable and dependable
• Team-oriented

Preferred Experience

• One or more years of barbering experience preferred
• Experience with fades, beard grooming, and modern men's styles
• Comfortable using online scheduling software and social media

Newly licensed barbers with strong technical skills and a desire to grow are encouraged to apply.
