- Set up and break down banquet or catering events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready for service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to adhere to food safety regulations

- Follow dietary guidelines and accommodate guest requests with attention to detail and care
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality is highly desirable
