Room Attendant

Position Overview

Forge Hospitality is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to support housekeeping operations at our Tru by Hilton. This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms to brand standards while providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily according to brand and property standards.
• Change linens, make beds, replenish guest room supplies, and remove trash.
• Clean bathrooms, dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lostandfound items promptly.
• Follow all cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and chemical handling standards.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas.
• Respect guest privacy and respond courteously to guest requests.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 2550 lbs as required.
• Dependable, punctual, and teamoriented.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
