Front Desk Agent

Position Overview

Forge Hospitality is seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join the team at our Homewood Suites in Audubon. This role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and supporting daily front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
• Process guest checkins and checkouts accurately and efficiently.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate concerns as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow cash handling procedures.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.
• Follow Hilton brand standards, policies, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fastpaced environment.
• Basic computer skills; PMS experience preferred (Hilton systems a plus).
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
