Forge Hospitality is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Breakfast Server to join the food and beverage team at our Holiday Inn in Morgantown. This role is responsible for providing attentive table service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guests enjoy a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items in a timely manner.
- Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations when requested.
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and organized.
- Process guest checks and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines when applicable.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Positive attitude and guestfirst mindset.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol (where applicable).
