Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Doctor of Chiropractic to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive chiropractic care focused on improving patient well-being through precise diagnosis, effective treatment plans, and evidence-based therapies. Your expertise will help patients recover from musculoskeletal issues, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. This is for an injury clinic that deals primarily with auto injuries and work comp. Large bonuses opportunities!! Starting part-time, two days per week. The equivalent pay full time salary "90k-150k". Daily rate $300-600 including bonuses. Starting salary depends on experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical assessments and examinations, to accurately diagnose musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop personalized care plans utilizing chiropractic diversified techniques, manual therapy, and other evidence-based practices.
- Manage acute pain cases effectively through targeted interventions and pain management strategies.
- Perform physical assessments and utilize medical imaging when necessary to support diagnoses related to the musculoskeletal system.
- Educate patients on anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and injury prevention to promote active participation in their recovery process.
- Maintain detailed electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) documenting patient history, treatment progress, and care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution with current licensure or certification as required by local regulations.
- Proven experience in patient assessment, physical examinations, and musculoskeletal diagnostics.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and the musculoskeletal system.
- Proficiency in chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and physical rehabilitation methods.
- Experience with healthcare diagnosis, pain medicine, and pain management strategies.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medical imaging techniques relevant to musculoskeletal diagnostics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding care plans and treatment options.
- Competence in using EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient record management.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice principles ensuring safe and effective patient care.
