What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Professional position at Forever Yours Jewelry, Inc.?
This position requires greeting customers and determining their needs. You will be working with customers to help them find the perfect piece of jewelry or helping them determine any jewelry repairs that may be needed. You will also learn how to change watch batteries and watch band adjustment. When the store is quiet, we strive to keep it clean and organized. There will also be a lot of educational material so you can become more knowledgeable about the products and services we sell. The position entails:
- Greeting Customers as they walk in the door.
- Help customers find the perfect piece as a gift for someone else or themselves.
- Checking customers out with a Point of Sales Program.
- Change watch batteries or adjust watch bands.
- Identifying repairs needed on jewelry.
- Writing up work orders for repairs.
- Dusting and General Cleaning.
- Displaying jewelry in the cases at opening and putting it away at close.
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week
