Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Mechanic located in Mt Pleasant, SC. The Lead Mechanic will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of landscaping equipment. Key duties include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all machinery is in optimal working condition. The role requires hands-on expertise and the ability to oversee other maintenance staff.

Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
- Skilled in small Equipment operation and repair
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
