We’re seeking a Luxury Travel Designer to join our team and help create bespoke travel adventures for high-net-worth clients. In this role, you’ll be designing extraordinary journeys, building relationships with top-tier travel providers, and delivering world-class service to ensure every trip is flawless.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their travel dreams and preferences.
- Designing tailored travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, dining, and activities.
- Building strong partnerships with luxury hotels, tour operators, and other vendors to secure the best rates and perks.
- Managing every detail of the booking process, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience.
- Staying ahead of the curve with the latest luxury travel trends and exclusive offers.
- Providing exceptional support throughout the client’s journey, addressing any concerns with professionalism and care.
- Partnering with the marketing team to promote unique travel experiences and achieve sales goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years of experience in luxury travel planning or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (a big plus!).
- Proficiency with travel booking systems like Amadeus or Sabre.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury destinations, accommodations, and experiences.
- A keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a love for building strong relationships.
- A customer-focused mindset with a flair for upselling and cross-selling.
- Availability to work in a hybrid environment (2 days at home, 3 in the office)
