Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily nursing operations
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
Monitor clinical outcomes and quality measures
Prepare for surveys and manage plans of correction
Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team
Maintain proper staffing levels and scheduling
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and compassionate care
Qualifications
Active RN license (state-specific)
Prior experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility required
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations
Survey experience strongly preferred
Proven leadership and staff management skills
Ability to step in and lead immediately
