Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee nursing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Manage, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet residents’ needs.
- Monitor and improve quality assurance and infection prevention programs.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation effectively.
Director of Nursing Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (required).
- Proven experience in nursing leadership, preferably in long-term care.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passion for enhancing the lives of residents and staff.
