Job Summary:

We are seeking a Full-Time Line Cook with a minimum of 3 years of healthcare food service experience to join our team at Forest Manor Healthcare Center. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals according to healthcare standards
• Assist with tray line service
• Prepare modified diets (puréed, ground, high-calorie, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
• Follow all food safety and infection control policies
  
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, nursing home, assisted living, etc.)
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets, including regular, puréed, and ground textures
• Ability to follow production schedules and tray line service
• Experience with food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
  

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Morning shift 5:30-1:30
• Weekends and holidays
