We’re looking for a highly experienced Maintenance Technician with at least 15 years of hands-on maintenance experience at a multifamily property in Mobile, Alabama. Candidates must have extensive knowledge of general building maintenance and repairs, communicate professionally with residents, and be comfortable using a smartphone to manage and close out work orders.
Responsibilities:
- Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and complex building repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently.
- Complete work orders promptly and professionally.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized property grounds.
- Handle or oversee landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
- Extensive knowledge of building repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues independently.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
