What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Apartment Leasing Agent position at Forest Living LLC?
We’re looking for a motivated, persuasive leasing agent to help lease apartments at our property on Village Green Road. The main priority is turning inquiries into tours, applications, and move-ins. We need someone who follows up quickly, stays organized, and consistently works toward occupancy goals.
What you’ll do
- Respond to new leasing inquiries promptly by phone, text, and email.
- Schedule and conduct apartment tours.
- Follow up with prospects and move applications toward approval and move-in.
- Keep listings and prospect records current.
- Help with renewals and resident communication.
- Assist with other property management tasks when needed and when the leasing schedule allows, such as inspections, work orders, notices, and general office support.
What we’re looking for
- Strong sales, communication, and follow-up skills.
- A self-starter who is comfortable asking for the application and closing the lease.
- Reliable organization and professional customer service.
- Apartment leasing or sales experience a must.
Pay: $16.00–$18/hour, based on experience, plus a bonus for each qualified new move-in after the resident moves in and pays the first month’s rent. Full-time position.
