Job Summary
As a Runner at (Dealership), you will play an essential role in supporting our dealership operations by ensuring efficient movement of vehicles and assisting staff as needed. This position is vital to maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle drop-off and pickup.
- Move vehicles safely to and from the service drive, shop, and parking areas.
- Thoroughly cleans the exterior and interior of automotive equipment
- Shuttle customers as needed.
- Support service advisors and technicians with errands, parts pick-up, and other tasks
- Note any unusual or unexplained damage to vehicles and reports incidents to supervisor
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. (Required)
- Demonstrates strong communication and customer service skills. (Required)
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions with accuracy. (Required)
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive team environment. (Required)
- Flexible and willing to work Saturday. (Required)
- Able to walk, stand and work outdoors in various weather conditions. (Required)
- Must be able to lift to 20 pounds occasionally (Required)
- Must be able to bend, squat, stoop, kneel, reaching and perform moderate lifting.
