- Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle drop-off and pickup
- Move vehicles safely to and from the service drive, shop, and parking areas
- Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery (as needed)
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive, shop, and parking lot
- Deliver vehicles to customers when service is complete
- Assist with vehicle key tagging and tracking
- Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, or customers when requested
- Support service advisors and technicians with day-to-day tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work on your feet and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
