Role Description
This is a Part-Time on-site role located in Columbia, SC, for a Banquet Server. The Banquet Server will be responsible for preparing dining areas for events, delivering food and beverages to guests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Duties include setting tables, serving meals, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining clean and organized event spaces. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a focus on providing an outstanding dining experience for members and guests.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for members and guests
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in banquet or event dining is a plus
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or GED preferred
