What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paraprofessional position at Forest Hills Local Schools?
Forest Hills School District is seeking a Paraprofessional for the 2025-2026 school year. The candidate must possess an educational aide permit or be willing to obtain one. Current pay rate is $19.09- $24.49 per hour.
The candidate must also be Highly Qualified by meeting one of the following requirements
- Evidence they already have the "ESEA Qualified" designation on their current educational aide permit
- Evidence they passed the Highly Qualified Parapro Examination, or
- Evidence (official transcript) of attaining at least a minimum of an Associate's Degree (or higher), or
- Evidence (official transcript) of earning at least 48 semester (or 72 quarter) hours of college coursework
