Description: The safe transportation of students
Key Functions:
1. Follows designated routes prescribed by the Supervisor of Transportation.
2. Maintains a clean bus: a. Picks up papers daily b. Cleans windows c. Sweeps and dusts daily
3. Is responsible for student discipline on the bus and follows the prescribed procedure for handling conduct forms.
4. Maintains current CDL with proper endorsements as required by state and federal
5. Follows guidelines while maintaining annual and pre-service certification.
6. Maintains route sheets per Ohio Revised Code and submits updates on proper forms.
7. Performs daily pre-trip inspection per state and federal guidelines.
8. Other duties as assigned
