Next Gen Summer Residency - 2026 Session
The Next Gen Summer Residency is more than an internship its a calling. Residents will be immersed in real ministry, authentic community, and transformational growth. Residents serve shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced Kids and Youth Ministry leaders, gaining practical skills, spiritual depth, and a vision for a lifetime of impact in the local church and beyond. This is your opportunity to experience what it means to lead, disciple, and serve not in theory, but in the heartbeat of ministry itself.
What Youll Do:
· Lead and Serve: Help craft environments where children and students encounter Jesus. Prepare lesson materials, lead small groups, and build meaningful relationships with families.
· Shape Experiences: Play a key role in major ministry moments from summer camps to student trips and weekly gatherings.
· Collaborate and Create: Work closely with other residents and church staff, learning how vision becomes ministry in motion.
· Grow Deeply: Participate in weekly theological training, leadership development workshops, and intentional mentorship that will stretch and strengthen your faith.
What Were Looking For:
· A college student or recent graduate eager to explore a call to ministry.
· A recommendation from a pastor, mentor, or ministry leader who can affirm your character and calling.
· Availability for full-time participation throughout the program (May 26 July 31, 2026).
· A servant-hearted attitude and a desire to grow as a disciple and leader.

The base hourly rate is $11.00 for standard hours and a rate of $16.50 per hour for designated overtime hours in accordance with applicable wage and labor laws.
