Job Overview:
Provides excellence in esthetic services and customer service to Forest Highlands Golf Club. The
primary focus is to be knowledgeable in their field, deliver expert facial treatments, make
members & guests feel welcome, and support their overall well-being. Beyond elite-level
skincare, you are expected to provide a personalized experience where every member feels
recognized, valued, and pampered in a safe, professional environment.
Essential Functions:
Consult with members to assess their skin and body care requirements, make informed
recommendations, and explain services. Assist members in selecting appropriate treatments, and
ensure their care and satisfaction. Keep the work area clean and sanitized, change linens, and
make sure that treatments start and end on time. Maintain knowledge of spa services and
products.
- Understanding the needs of the member and performing treatments specific to the

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty

- Hold a current state license to practice as an Esthetician
- Minimum of 2 years working in the industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current First Aid/CPR (upon hire opportunities to obtain these certifications will be

- Must be self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
- Organized and able to work in a busy environment
- Willing to work some weekends and holidays

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with guests,
management, vendors/suppliers, the general public and other employees of the Company.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or
diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized
situations.
