What are the responsibilities and job description for the Valet position at FOREST HIGHLANDS ASSOCIATION?
Forest Highlands Golf Club is currently hiring Valets for our 2026 season beginning May 1st! We are looking for dependable, professional individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional member service.
The successful Valet will provide prompt vehicle retrieval and parking services while creating a welcoming and polished first impression for our members and guests. This role requires hospitality, safety awareness, and a strong understanding of professional service standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet members upon arrival at the clubhouse
- Assist members with entering and exiting their vehicles
- Safely park vehicles in designated areas
- Retrieve vehicles promptly and efficiently
- Ensure all parked vehicles are secured and keys are properly stored or returned
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver’s license held for at least two years
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
- Organized and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to multitask effectively during busy times
