Forest Highlands Country Club is currently hiring Host/Hostess team members for the 2026 season! This is a wonderful opportunity to join a professional, service-driven team at our Canyon Clubhouse within our private country club community in Flagstaff.
As a Host/Hostess, you will play an important role in creating memorable first and last impressions for our members by delivering warm, attentive service and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Essential Functions:
- Greet members upon arrival to the restaurant with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and polished service to the membership.
- Assist guests with reservations and escort them to their tables.
- Manage seating flow to ensure balanced workloads for service staff.
- Answer phones and coordinate reservations efficiently.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or at least two years of high school education.
- Previous host/hostess experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak service times with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
